Do I need to install any software?

Nope. All you need is a web browser. Nothing to download and you can sign in and manage your account from anywhere. Just be using a newer browser with cookies and JavaScript enabled.

Is my subscriber list kept private?

Yes. You and only you have access to your subscriber list. Our success depends on keeping your list secure. We will never rent, give away, or sell your list. Never.

Can I use the newsletter I've already designed?

Yes. If you've already designed your newsletter, simply choose that option when creating your first newsletter. We give you access to the full HTML of your newsletter.

Do you stick any branding on my newsletter?

Nope. Your newsletter is free of any ugly logos or branding of ours. Just your newsletter and nothing else.

How much does it cost?

Most smaller organizations can get by with the service for about $25 per month which is about a half penny per email. You purchase a monthly plan based on the number of emails you expect to send each month. We are one of the most economical solutions on the market. Please compare us and see.

Can I send attachments with my email?

You can't. We protect our customers and their subscribers by not allowing this. Attachments often trigger spam filters and are generally frowned upon by email administrators. You can always link to a document in the email and either upload that document to your server or our server. Contact us at support to learn more details.

Can I do a Merge, like MS Word to create personalized emails?

YES. This is one of the most important aspects of email marketing. Mass personalization. For every subscriber field you have defined, you can use a token in the HTML and our system will customize each email sent. Simply use tokens such as [first name], [birthday], [company], whatever you have defined and our system will take care of the rest.

Do you provide any newsletter templates?

Yes. We provide some basic templates to help get you started. If you have specific needs particular to your industry or you want a highly customized newsletter, just let us know. We can usually custom design a template for you for less than $200. (We're fast!)

Can I use the newsletter I've already designed?

Sure. Simply choose that option when you are creating a new newsletter. You have complete access to the HTML. (This is not for the beginner since HTML emails can be a complex matter.)

Can I upload images to your server?

You bet. Basic (free) accounts can upload 15 images for their newsletters while professional subscribers can upload 50 images onto our servers. If you need more, we have an image hosting service, please see pricing and services.

Can I make my newsletter look like my website?

Yes. We provide considerable flexibility in the design of newsletters. If you have any troubles with the design of your newsletter, just let our staff know - we're pros at using our service. View some examples of customer newsletters we designed.

How many lists can I have?

Unlimited. You can have as many lists as you need. Also, we have this thing called filters which lets you slice and dice your lists in a variety of ways so you can send to subsets of any list.

Is it easy to import and export my subscriber list?

Import is as easy as copy and paste from a spreadsheet. You can export your full list or a partial list at any time.

Do you rent or sell or send emails to my list?

No. Your list is kept strictly private. Our business depends on keeping your list locked down on secured servers so only you have access to it. If you have any questions on our privacy or security, please email us to find out more. We take this issue very seriously.

Do you handle bounces and unsubscribes?

Yes. Our service handles all bounces and each email sent will have an unsubscribe link. A subscriber who clicks that link is automatically unsubscribed - and you can keep track of exactly who these people are.

Can I customize my subscription form?

Oh yes. Our service is highly configurable. You can have the subscription form look exactly like it is on your website. Easily include your logo, custom text, and colors on this page.

Can I use my own list management software and still send with your service?

You bet. If you have your own contact management software or use one of the online tools such as SalesForce.com, you can export to a tab-delimited file and the copy/paste into our system. Our system will still keep track

Will I know when someone signs up or unsubscribes?

Sure will. You can create a notification for yourself (or anyone in your organization) to receive an email whenever someone signs up or unsubscribes from your list.

Do you track who clicked links and opened the email?

Yes. We don't simply track the number of opens, we let you know exactly who opened the email and how many times they did. We also will report who clicked at least one link within the email and for each link we'll display each subscriber who clicked it.

How quickly are the reports available?

Real-time. Once the email is sent out we begin gathering statistics.

Can I see who bounced and the reasons for the bounce?

Yes. We provide detailed bounce reports and you can download the bounced subscribers to update your contact list software. We will show you the exact message we received back that caused the bounce.
